Toured the campus by car on a Sunday late morning; best time for there were little traffic. Reminiscing my days there nearly 40 years ago.

The university of tn is like backing a kickstarter product. At first youre super excited cause this thing you really really wanted finally arrived. Then you use it for a few months and see all the flaws and ways it could be better. You provide the feedback and get to witness the product improve slowly as some of your ideas are implemented, then once the product is finally ready for the masses you have moved on. Maybe someday UT will reach a point where construction is not being done, but it seems like it won't be anytime soon.

Terrible cath lab. I do not recommend it. I went for a T E E. They messed me up. Spent over 3 days in hospital. No accountability. If they mess you up it's not their problem. They will lie for each other. A zero is a more appropriate rating but unavailable.

The pictures will say a lot, but they don't really capture the peace. The UT gardens are Tennessee's official botanical garden. Not very large, but well worth spending half an hour walking the grounds. They really should have a restroom nearby, though.

I can say that my first appointment with a doctor at University Cancer Specialists went great. Dr. Lands was very thorough with everything. I could tell he was a wealth of knowledge and experience by how he answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable with him handling my care for the future. Everyone that I encountered there was very professional, friendly and kind, from reception to the nursing staff. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
